Hi Everyone!
Even though it's getting near
Spring time in Japan,
in my hometown (Buffalo, N.Y. USA) there is still
a lot of snow!!

Recently, the Northeast coast of the U.S.
has been getting hit with heavy winter storms.
The storms make lots of snow and usually cause a lot of flight delays,
school cancellations, traffic problems, etc.
This causes trouble in the big and crowded cities
of New York,
Boston, Philadelphia,
etc.

In Buffalo, however, there is a good side to the
storms - making a snowman!
My father sent me a picture of a snowman
that he and my nephew made just a few days
ago.
He said the snow was light and good for packing,
which means it's good snow for making a snowman.
I remember making a snowman every winter with my
family when I was a child.
I've never seen a snowman in Japan.
Maybe children make them in Hokkaido?
Have you ever made one?
Hope everyone is looking forward to the nice
Spring weather
